Visa requirements:

• (2) New personal photos with white background (4 X 6 cm) ( no teeth shown in the photo and it must not be taken more than one month from the date of appointment).
• Letter of employment or proof of ownership of your own business, or proof of retirement.
• Enrollment certificate for Students in English.
• Bank Statement for the last 6 Months.
• Parental authorization for students below 18 years in English.
• Marriage certificate in English must be presented in case the wife won't provide he own HR letter and bank statement
• Birth certificate for children in English
• Passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel.
• All children above 12 years must be present in person on the day of travel

General Notes:

• Rates are valid for Egyptians & foreign residents in EGP currency.
• Please note that you may be requested to provide proof of marriage at the hotel.
• Extra night's supplements are available when needed.
• Hotel booking is subject to availability. If the hotel is overbooked, an alternative hotel will be offered.
• If there's no standard appointment times available at the embassy in the date of applying the alternative will be Prime time with Extra 600 EGP per person

Cancelation Policy:

- Airline Tickets non Refundable ( upgrading to partially refundable option add 2000 EGP per ticket)

- Hotel charges 15% till 10 days before travel date and afterwards it will be non refundable
