HOW TO CLAIM If you find the same trip for sale at a lower price either in store or online, and sold with the same service conditions, you can make a price match request. Please email our customer support team at firstname.lastname@example.org and if your purchase matches our price promise terms we will be able to offer you a refund.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
• The booking must be identical in condition, dates, destinations and other variant and must have a comparable delivery date or availability.
• Trip must be from a comparable retailer with online presence. This does not include auction sites or overseas stores.
• For price matches to be honored, all components of the vacation must be identical to our reservation including flight schedule and hotel class of service.
We will match only against the advertised price offered by the competitor, i.e. this does not include additional promotional activities such as loyalty card points, cashback schemes and voucher codes.
• Request must be within 14 days of purchase and before departure date.
• Trips bought on Interest-Free Credit are excluded from our Price Match.
