To start using valU, submit the required personal information through our app. We strive to protect your information and ensure your privacy.

2.Verification

Within minutes of signing up to valU, you will receive your verification code via SMS. Enter the code to complete your application.

3. Application

In a few steps, you will provide valU with more information about yourself so that your application gets processed and get your instant application decision.

4. Activation

Visit one of our activation booths at any of Cairo's most popular shopping locations to submit your documents (National ID & Driving License or utility bill) and sign our service activation form.

5.Shopping

Once your valU account is activated, you can begin enjoying your new shopping experience. Browse our network of stores or view our product categories. All you have to do is to visit the store to select the item you want, enter its category, description and price into valU's easy-to-use product calculator. We add new stores to our network and expand our product categories regularly. We also feature exclusive offers for valU customers that cover different brands, products and stores.
